because you can push without them now, Fire canon: bonus range with bonus magic damage on AA that can work on structures you can build it on tf or azir and push without them.

and for that glorious pushing, you could go TF mid + melee carry bot if they didn't buff their AA by 5 AD, and nerfed doran shield
