Not a single tweak, all nerf, straight up nerfs. Can you please stop touching these 2 champions? Numbers nerf everywhere. Gameplay changes? Yea riight more like Gameplay gutted and renerfed. Anivia and Viktor will be unplayable.

2 Most popular mid laner are probably gonna be. Malzahar and Vladimir. I don't want these 2 to be popular because of how strong they are. I LOVE BOTH OF THEM, I don't want them to become flavor of the month or played in LCS for them just to get nerfed all over again.

They're shifting some of Viktor's power from his E to his Q. Obviously they want him to be more of a battle mage than the guy who sits back and spams laser over and over.

The change to make his ult only tick every 2 seconds seems odd to me, though. That's a really long time.

The added a ton of damage to his ult procs, but make it proc less often. They want it to be that he can do a lot of damage, but needs setup or lockdown. EG: his lazor now procs the augment slower, but has more damage and no reduction

I actually think that Anivia will come out stronger. The damage reduction on her Q is negligible since you never really use Q for the damage (you use it for the stun) anyway. Passive and wall were left unchanged. E's missle speed is up and effective range is up. Ult range is up but starts smaller. It's still possible to do E + R or R + E combos, just harder now. Her late game team fight power was significantly increased though. Slows on her kit were also increased by a lot, so they will actually matter now.

I highly doubt you'll see either of those champions in the mid lane anytime soon--not until the tank meta gets nerfed out. Malzahar is a weak pick unless you actually need the cc to push down divers--whom are incredibly out of meta currently. Vladimir doesn't have enough objective control, roaming cc, or burst to make an appearance in the current mid meta--which means he'll continue to be relegated to top lane play as a counter pick/split pusher.

I'm a bit confused about your complaints regarding Viktor because he's not even in the patch notes or mage update. I personally think Anivia just improved because the change gave her more power surrounding baron control and lategame sieges.

All that aside, I'm definitely looking forward to the return of mid-lane lasers for however long the tank meta lasts Velkoz
