Dropped Back Into Bronze

I love this game, I honestly do. It took me a while to get into silver V, one day to Silver 4, and two days to get back to Bronze I. Theres literally nothing i can do, either i have a blitz who cant land a grab for his adc, a jungler who cant gank, a yas mid feeding 8 times in the first 10 minutes, or im having an off game and throw it for the team. I main top, and I honestly dont know what to do anymore. I main Jayce, Kayle, and Urgot, and I get an S almost every game with the most kills, cs, and least deaths. But what am I suppose to do? How do I carry my team? I want honest help because this is annoying me. I know this is gonna get down voted but idgaf, silver took me forever to get to.

So what am I suppose to do top lane? Gank mid and bot 24/7? Steal enemy jungle? If i do that all the time, then ill lose cs and my tower. I was watching a guy on twitch go from bronze to diamond in only 5 days, so clearly you can carry the team to win every game. How do I do it?
