If Riot stopped sucking off Marksmen and actually Supported Juggernauts through Itemization and Keystones maybe they wouldnt be a failed class.

item 3053 is pretty much Just a Divers item Now. The difference in Value given to Juggernauts is Less than what Divers get out of it.

Divers are really strong right now, and Juggernauts are relatively weak. They need to find a way to get those items to juggernauts without further buffing mobile bruisers

He has quite a bit of damage for a tank, I'd put him under Juggernaut only because he has the signature 0 gapcloser except to flash and eat you.
