is that the thing that makes it so that even when i'm 50 cs up on the enemy jungler, I'm never more than a level above them? Cuz if so, fuck that shit with a rake. If not, what is it?

You could just be getting raptors and krugs alot more than blue side.

Even so, krugs and raptors are what give the most catchup xp. So if he wasnt getting them, his opponent could be the same level.
