Warlords will get another rework
Remember when Riot reworked the entire game cause ADCs started with a bit of lifesteal? Cause Riot doesn't.

JayHog19921 votesI kinda hope that it gives a slight buff to mages by giving everyone a max of 10% spell vamp as well when nearly dead. (But the AoE issues still apply). Just thinking of what could make use of spellvamp.
