Mundo is a juggernaut. He only does two things, damage and not dying. So... buff his armor? Great now hes 67% wr in bronze. Buff his regen and tiamat becomes overbearing. Buff his MS and he shores up a weakness. Buff his items and everyone ever gets buffed too.

So...nerf his on-hit damage to make him less of a splitpusher, and make his low hp relevant to his E again?
Nah...definitely too undertuned then.
