ARURF is ARAM on steroids, and thus it suffers the same problems

It can be extremely oppressive if only 1 team gets the strong picks, and soon people will start to dodge or reroll until they get a good team, just like they do in ARAM.

I think this problem could be solved for both modes: 1st pick of both teams is random; 2nd is picked from the available pool adjusted by URF winrate (e.g. 1st pick has a winrate much higher than the enemy 1st pick -> our 2nd pick has a higher chance of being one with a low winrate), and so on for the rest of the teams.

This should make ARURF (and ARAM) teams much more balanced overall without going back to seeing always the same 10 champions over and over and over (and over and over and over and over) again.

The system could use the current winrates as a starting point, then record hidden ELO-like variables for every champion (its rating goes up more whenever someone wins a game he should have lost according to the current winrate-rating, etc).

Or a champion lockout

can only pick it 1 time then have to pick different picks for at least the next 10 games
