Both of them are top laners. Both of the, when the ult, get an immediate increase of health. This is just as good as Aatrox passive, its around the same amount of health that Aatrox might get back on any given use of his passive. No, its better. They get to dodge death while remaining in the fight, and they don't lose their edge like Aatrox does (he loses his attack speed from his blood well).

Failog1 votesNo his ult sucks. His passive would be fine if he received something else that helps him survive more during his ult, like resistances or tenacity or a blood shield based on how many champions he hit.
LimpingWólf1 votesHe has Sustain to survive through his Ultimate. A blood shield like Blood thirster passive? Something based on how many champions he hit? like Ravenous Hydra? Sounds more like your having problems with abilities failing you or doing little for you due to mobility issues, which is understandable due to the fact that Atrox has one gap closer that can be interrupted by everything and has a long cool down timer making him pretty much a Sloth and not viable.

Because Aatrox received the Kalista/Azir nerf a long time ago. He's just bad overall now. He's not worth using now, at least until Riot reworks him.

If your loosing lane, to renekton because hes E W Q E comboing you its not because your ultimate isn't giving you an increase in health the same thing would continue to happen if it did and you would still loose due to the fact that Atrox's Q is useless in that situation It will get canceled if you try to peel from that lane bullying and it has a ridiculous cool down timer and costs your hp. You will be left with your E ability that is also pretty usless in that scenario as it is gonna cost your hp to deal ability power dmg and have a very weak slow effect that will not help you. He would be better off if his E was a shield or some kind of utility abilitie.
For instance if you gave Atrox Renektons Ultimate... Atrox would be completely unable to play with his kit. Having no mobility and being kited even harder than he is now. You would have very few chances to get a perfect Q ultimate off in a team fight and then immediately be CC'd you'd maybe get 2 autos off and then be transformed from Atrox into a Slothtrox, die, passive, Slothtrox.
