how do i get my team not to feed?

recently, i have been playing lots of lucian, and the past 5 games, every time i have gotten fed. and then in all 5 games i press tab to see that every other lane and the jungler are all feeding. you can even look on my lolking. i did manage to push through one of the games and make them surrender cause i killed their fed people. but all the others they get thornmail and i can do nothing and we lose. every time. so what do i do to stop this? my lolking does not show my 2 most recent games though. and the 12/13 game was when i was previously 10/0
