I just turned 16, and I want to be a champion designer at riot. What would I have to do to accomplish this goal? I already know how to program, and I can program in c, c#, c++, java, javascript, python, and several other languages. ( and I'm trying to learn as many as I can.) I'm also learning how to work some art software, cause I don't know if I would need to do that for the job or not. So, I guess what I'm wondering is, can I do it or not?

well. is i was to speculate i would say you would first need to write up a resume and cover letter. (standard for most jobs) a portfolio would also be useful. you need to finish your education fallowing the computer programming to earn a degree or such and add that to your resume. building on your portfolio with assignments from your classes that show your exceptional abilities. your next step would be to apply to riot games (other companies as well) and then call, call, ask for a interview, call call just to say hows there families doing call. kiss ass. etc.
its important to build on references as-well and network while your schooling. in this day and age its not what you know, its who.

Not everyone who works at Riot is a computer guy. I would actually be shocked if the guys in charge of champion updates, design, and art knew any programming language.
The fact that you already know computers pretty well is a plus for sure, but if you wanted to design champions, you might want more of an artistic background.
