My friend sucks at draven

Ok, so I have a irl friend who picked up draven a while back, and he is super bad with him. And I main adc, particularly draven, so I told him I could help him get good. Well, since he got him he has played like 30-40 games with him, and he hasn't got fed or carried in any of them! And I know you have to give people time to improve at a champion, but he isn't even trying to get better.... Anything I can do to maybe teach him better or something? Or should I just tell him that he is awful with him? Cause I can't keep on losing games from him playing draven.

Draven is also probably one of the hardest adcs to play correctly so

You know, ADC just isn't for everybody...If he really hasn't carried in 30 games, you should probably tell him.

point out his flaws, let him work them out 1 by 1. Is his CS on par? if not tell him to work on cs. After that tell him to work on his positioning And so on and so on.
