@RiotScruffy: Do you think Ashe's design is outdated/obsolete/etc.?

Ashe's kit feels like it could be done a lot better, but Riot seems content to let her stay the way she is. Does that mean you simply won't rework her?

I'm probably alone here, but I think she could use a gameplay update to make her more interesting. Permaslows simply are not healthy gameplay anymore.

Note that I am not talking about whether she's OP/UP. I'm talking about whether her gameplay is interesting, fun, etc. And I feel it is not fun or interesting; it's pretty boring.

But clearly, you guys don't care, and only downvote because "HE WANTS TO CHANGE ASHE! KILL HIM!"

I think her AA animation is a bit too long - and her passive sucks

If they tweaked those things she would be a great champ!

Those are things that could definitely help. But IMO, her slow should be more interactive.

For instance, it could be something that requires stacking up to 3 times on a target to inflict a stronger slow. This way, your first shot doesn't slow, but if you manage to keep firing, your target will be locked down, and permaslow could persist if your attacks are fast enough.
