Because she's just not strong enough until she can stick to you like glue and 1v5 again.
Why? Why does she have to be the best top laner around? Why can't she be just okay for once and not "lol I hit you for 20% of your HP and walk away" powerful?
Stop giving her buffs every patch, holy shit. You nerfed her for a reason.
This year's balancing logic is entirely the reason why I've lost the love I once had for this game.
this game might as well have 30 champs, I don't see any more anyway. But hey riot, lets keep buffing a champ that was pure cancer incarnate to play against. I'm sure all of us players love to play against her. :)
But she hurts bruisers more then tanks just because bruisers are shit in teamfights(not counting 
with 
combo) anyway and they try to win and get priority at side lane and in a current meta there are several tops who constantly fight in a side lanes.And tanks can survive and bring utility/CC to their team for teamfights and their ADCs while other bruisers are just retired again,because RIOT decided to destroy diversity again by bringing Fiora to her OP status 
.If they think that she is supposed to be tank shredder then help bruisers to fight her (BY REMOVING STUPID W SLOW OR IDK WHAT).This is basicly good night for

I think dat its important notice dat in a pure tank meta, the destroy tanks is considered trash tier C and almost unplayable why no one besides low elo , this buff ll make her playable again , i mean , she need a nerf , but no to r Movement speed , she need a nerf to her early / mid game.
i dont think people realize how hard her teamfighting sucks after the removal of the extra ms around the ulted target it wasnt even good with it so whats the big deal she is an intimidating splitpusher which can only be 1vs1'd by a few champs just as the likes of trynda, yi, etc. her teamfighting isnt supposed to be good but it also shouldnt be impossible to tf with her
The game is pretty much a fully tanks in top lane and jungle and Fiora the tank destroyer is nowhere to be seen. She needs and deserves buffs considering that fact.
