When you're playing Brand with Deathfire touch, his abilities will proc it, then his passive will keep refreshing it, even though it doesn't meet the criteria to do so, but when you play Twitch, you can AA, then press E but his passive won't refresh it?

Same with Darius. His passive doesn't proc spell effects.

Certain passives do not proc spell effects. brand's passive does, twitch and darius do not.
