I am talking about the fact that when you destroy an enemy this person who only worth less and less gold and xp..but me i would worth more gold..so why do i get punish for doing good? why i am not getting rewarded? why the game pretty much tell you to not even try to kill someone when he die 5 times? why allow to people to be 0-15 and still be relevant?

Bounties make a lot of sense. You're on a streak, probably fed, should be harder to take out. You're not getting punished for doing well, others are getting rewarded for dragging you back down.

You're missing the point if you think money is the only reason to kill a player. You are denying them progress by killing someone, whether or not they are worth anything. That should be more than enough of a reason.

Just like people are rewarded for taking down someone who is fed, you shouldn't be rewarded for taking out the weak link as much as you would for taking out someone who is doing fine. If you were rewarded for preying on the weak, then you would just keep killing them, getting to 6 items faster then everyone else, and the enemy team wouldn't be able to respond as well.
