Im tired of building full armor and still getting melted by bc's and lw's
- This is understandable for an ADC to buy infact I never see anyone other than marksman and melee adcs building this.
- However this ... is clearly intended to be for bruisers as it gives them a shit ton of hp, cdr (because bruisers mostly rely on abilities), minor attack damage, and a passive that helps them with being kited. So Riot, why the f*ck are adc's 
still being allowed to abuse the hell out of it?
Here's a simple solution, make BC a melee item only. Seriously, adcs have 
which helps them more than enough with kiting and staying alive, after all when is the last time a bruiser like

built this item? There is no reason adcs should be allowed to build black cleaver, no matter what you do to make it less tempting for them the stats it gives as well as the armor shred make building it always beneficial. Seriously, assassins (

) all abuse the hell out of it cause its that good even though it was intended for fighters.
, who DESPERATELY need the health) builds BC. If they do, they never buy a LW item as well. Because that's wasteful. You might as well get someone both LW items, or

. Or multiple boots. Unless the enemy team is entirely made of tanks, nobody buys both. And you have a billion and ten options against it!. You can build any of a number of health regen items, health items,
