Once AGAIN Clash completely fucks up the game

So my boyfriend tries to get into a game. And get this: It isn't working. He's in aram. Once it has counted down to 0, the client just stops. Everyone can type to eachother in the chat. It won't load into the game for anyone. Now he tried to log in and the gamewindow just turns black and he can't even close it.

What the fuck is going on??? This has happened EVERY single fucking time you put Clash live. How can you not have fixed this yet?
