A Latte Deaths1 votesIf he went for a full on-hit build then I'd understand since his clone has all of the on-hits that Shaco has. In this case, it seems like there was no particular reason for the devourer since he went full AP.
Maybe he just wanted the wolf companion since it does get pretty lonely in the jungle.

A Latte Deaths1 votesNo, from what I've read, Devourer does not work with on hit effects that are consumed with the auto, such as spellblade (Lich Bane, Trinity Force, Iceborn Gauntlet). It only works with continuous effects like Vayne's bolts, Wit's End, BotRK, etc.

Runeglaive is a shitty item though. Devourers was the right call i think.
