Make Option to Turn Off Winter Map

First of all I'd like to thank you Riot for making this fantastic map! It actually does look very nice and wintery, and I appreciate the time you put in to make something cool that the community wanted, but that being said I do have some issues.

It's in issue for colorblind players like me. Very tough to see light colored indicators, particles, etc. it's also pretty bright. Especially with the chat text, it's difficult to read. It wasn't a big issue on my first game with the map:

I was having a hard time in the early game, but luckily I have f.lux installed and by turning it all the way up balanced out how bright blue the map is, and made it much easier on the eyes. Until we get an option to turn off the winter map I recommend getting f.lux which basically just tints your screen orange so it isn't as hard on your eyes during the nighttime, it works really well for toning down the wintery-ness.
