Can you hire some workers who can play in Flex Q and see how bad it is at the moment?

I swear Flex Q is the definition of a cluster F**k of bad match making and players who think they can troll because they have duos with them. I play a night since that's the time I like to play but it's cancer as hell because of trolls screwing around in matches all because its "Flex" I rarely give a crap about Flex but I'm trying to climb to diamond in it since I'm already D4 in solo Q but it's quite hard when this pile of crap match making places gold players with platinum 2 and hope them to carry and do all the work while enemy gets all low platinum tier players? Did anyone ever give you feed back or did you guys ever even care to read the feed back you got on Flex Q? Also please if you play Flex Q make your account is a non "Riot" word in the name and you will see the meaning of trolls on at night. Rioters never see trolls or intentional feeder because no crap who would troll in front of a Rioter but if you play without a Riot account then you will see the difference on how intentional feeder/troll are infesting Flex Q because "It's just Flex Q bro", this also happens in Solo Q too trust me I can show you a whole new world if you play a smurf account.
