Just change Leonas passive, or add onto it.
Give her a Sunfire cape passive that scales by level. remove sunlight, or keep it, dont care.
Let her E pull her to Large minions/monsters. Increase the missle speed of her E by a small amount.

PhearBunny2 votesim actually surprised she isnt on the list for some kind of a rework. She has a big issue with virtually everything in the bot lane hard countering or soft countering her. You basically HAVE to ban Morgana, Thresh, and Nautilus just to even consider playing her. I feel like the easiest thing to do would be to adjust her for either jungling or top lane. She doesnt need much tweaking to accomplish that.
