I just thought of a way to get supports to build Sightstone and not fall behind in exp!

ADCs: if they won't build LW early to hurt tanks mid because they lose damage, they will not build Sightstone.

Duo top: fuck the meta let's do it.

It should build off the EXP gains from the nearest allied champion. Direct gains, not secondary so it would exclude exp gains from passives like Morde and Zilean, and prevent a feedback loop from both laners using SS.
