"I anticipate him being way easier than Azir, way harder than Garen, and somewhere in the middle between Jinx and Ekko."

what does this mean exactly?

This means that he will be pretty easy to play I guess

i dont really get what that has to do with between jinx and ekko though. Ekko requires really good timing on his abilities, and jinx requires excellent positioning and aim

Well Id say Azir is really hard, Garen is really easy, Jinx is not too easy and Ekko is not too hard. So he will probably have easy- medium difficulty.

It means if you position well, you're gonna kill everyone, but you have tools to protect yourself if you don't.

lets see: Azir is probably the hardest champ in the game right now(not that any champ is actually hard to play but there are differences) Garen and Annie are the easiest champs in the entire game Jinx also takes really low amout of skill but Ekko is somewhere at the middle and slightly below Azir

My guess is that the champion will have a straight forward kit. Q does shit, W does shit and so on, and while the damage can combo, I do not thing that the abilities necessary combo. For clarity , Jinx while use her E to trap , her W for some damage + slow then AA away, and while the combo does amount to a lot of damage, it's just damage stacking. Ekko can use W on himself, E away and then ulti into the W, procing the shield and stun + doing damage at possibly 2 or more opponents.
