Buff alistar
He's low pickrate AND low winrate. Even if he's high skill cap, no one (or most) people obviously aren't doing well with him. Buff.

TheI3igDaddy1 votesWith the nerf to his Headbutt+ AA combo, people dropped him again. He's being regulated into a support because Riot HATES him in the jungle, and top lane is apparently a no-go too.
I still love Alistar and have a 60%+ winrate with him.
As for buffing him, the one thing I want them to do is make his Q and W scale with AD, and his passive to scale with max health. His ult gives him AD and he can't really utilize it well; if he scaled off of AD, his skills would be more powerful during his ult.
