They still don't say Lux is op.But problem is Lux,Zed isn't problem.Yes Zed is strong laning phase but he isn't strong teamfights.

Zed isn't really OP, it's mostly the items.
All they have to nerf zed-wise is removing his passive effecting winions.
While Maw needs 10mr+lifegrip removed
Aside from that zed would be fine. His W is punishable if he uses it offensively, his shuriken is dodgeable and his assassination isn't clean since the final part of it is counterable.
If they fix maw and zed's passive he'll be perfect.
its mostly bcuz of his endless poke that takes 60% of your hp every 12 seconds
than u get zoned off creeps till he uses the combo again
but he has decent counters
not like some champs
