how many people actually get bannned/ chat restricted?
If you do get a chat restriction, it says like "only 5% of players receive this". is that actually true or do a lot more people receive punishment for whatever the heck they did

Well when they are punishing players and sending them examples of this in players reform cards as toxic behavior and they need to reform

It won't be long before 80% of league players are perma banned.
I mean, I was reported in this game by troll spam reporters. Yea, I didn't play well. I even admitted it was probably the worst game I have ever played, but It wasn't on purpose. I tried hard. Fact is the automated system is broken. This example of bad behavior was sent to me in my reform card. What a joke.
I don't buy the 5% thing. A shitton of people play this game. And I know more than 5% are toxic.
