can we ban cocky smurfs with diamond + mains

Every game I play with someone bragging about how theyre diamond and blah blah blah then they proceed to stomp on whoever theyre laning against, then don't shut up the whole game about how "trash everyone is" and whatever. Like seriously, go play on your main account so I can play against people at my skill level. I can accept that i'm a pretty bad player, but playing against other bad players is fine, playing against some low life living in his mom's basement at the age of 40 who plays this game 24 hours a day isnt

If the smurf is toxic or actually trolling, the system already gets him.

Smurfing otself however is not forbidden. Being better at this game than someone else is not an offense.

Halve those people aren't really diamond. 9 out of 10 people say that then do horrible, and are actually bronze or silver on their mains, maybe gold or plat.

If a player is disrespectful, there are already rules in place which you can base a report on.

If a player is intentionally losing to get an account at a level lower than they should be, there are already rules in place on which you can base a report.

There is nothing in the Summoners' code that prevents you from having a smurf account. Nor are there any rules preventing Diamond players from making new accounts. Nor would I wish there to be any such rules.
