Could Ashe's Adaptive Stat Stay AD Even if She Buys Spellthief's Line?

It doesn't make sense for her to have AP as her adaptive stat just with that support item.

(Yes, why Ashe support, but the change would still be nice.)

If you don't want adaptive AP then use Relic Shield or Coin

Well not Relic, but coin is the other viable choice, though you really want the extra damage from spellthief's and the easy W spam money-making.

That simply isn't how the adaptive mechanic works.

You're right, but that could change: exceptions should be made for champions who can't utilise the other adaptative stat. You can code for Ashe to always have AD as her adaptative stat.

While I agree that'd be sweet for some champs, I feel it'd be a little overloaded.

The only purpose for your existence is comet, cc, and font of life.. what difference would a small amount of ad make?

6/8/12 AD (depending on secondary rune) can matter in early laning.
