TBH, I'm not sure if Hyper was doing double damage, but I was out bursting a Yi and Zed and it was up all the time.

Except when I was Mega-Gnar. Which was a lot.

That's not how it works...the %max hp gets applied seperately. So it is 14% when you proc the 3rd stack and then the phantom hit triggers for another 14% (which is less than the 14% from the first attack cause your target will have lower hp then).

Gnar's Hyper is % max hp, not current.

I hate Gnar so much. He is one of the champions I want to be gutted. I really think he is overloaded moreso than most overloaded champions and he is only gated by his Rage bar being possible to play around. I think the idea behind the uncontrolled monster is great and it adds a lot of counterplay situations, but he has ridiculous damage, lockdown, and safety that more than makes up for this weakness.
