Veigar's new passive is legit crazy strong. The new strategy is to cast that Q on cooldown vs the enemy laner. Don't even bother last-hitting with it unless convenient. Just poke poke poke poke poke all day long with your mana regen. You gain AP for every single champ you hit with every single spell. Hit 2 champs with your Q? You got 2 AP! Hit 3 with your E? You get 3 AP?

If you manage to perfectly wombo the entire enemy team, it is theoretically possible to get: 2 AP (Q), 5 AP (E), 5 AP (W), 1 AP (R), 15 AP (5 takedowns) = 28 AP! BAM. Obviously that's not going to happen. But the fact remains that you get stronger every single time you harass. Every. Single. Time.

I also forsee a nasty support veigar who thrives on this harass.
