You have to try and not get 10 stacks per minute. That or you're completely outclassed by your opponent and die every time you come to lane, which by your account seems to be the case.

But if my enemy laner shoves me against my turret for a good portion of laning phase, and the jungler refuses to gank, then i'd be mad. What that does is prevent nasus from getting stacks efficiently if he's so pushed up. The jungler should help nasus farm, so he can get his late game goal.

If he still wastes his time on a totally useless (and worthless on top) nasus you could use that time to do drk, baron or run it down mid and take turrets. This is one of the things that actually drives me mad like crazy in this game, that many players simply can't use their brain, even in diamond (no offense to you just a general point i want to make). I had this other game as Vlad where i got camped 24/7 during laning phase, twitch being non stop around top all the time. Yes he was fed, yes i did a mistake in the early game BUT thanks to all chat and my playstyle i made him come top over and over again which basically gives our jungler the freedom to do the early infernal drk, and pressure bot or mid (which he didn't do). The enemy team continued to go 1v3 against a solo farming vlad who was 0/9 at that point (me). Team decided to play aram instead of taking baron when three enemies come bot just to kill me once again. If that was the case with your nasus: you and your team is to blame to not take the opportunity. If on the other hand the enemy team was too strong in a 4v4 or even 4v3 well it's your fault as well i guess considering you write "he, jungle and bot" fed. But then again, at this point (i haven't watched the game so again i can just make an educated guess) all nasus could do is run it down a lane and draw attention and you need to use this. He should be tanky enough to drag the fight atleast 10 seconds if he is only 1v1 or 1v2. Time you can use.
