that new heal on w is completely busted if you ask me. especially now that rengar doesn't need to hit anything for his abilities to grant a charge.
i healed 12k damage dealt to me, well over 5 times what anyone else healed themselves for.
why did this get out of pbe

The system is rigged folks.
