Idea for a piece of an anti-mobility kit: Maiev's Umbral Bind from HotS

Maiev was introduced recently in Heroes of the Storm as a bit of a hard-counter to high-mobility heroes like Tracer, Genji, and of course Illidan. Part of that is her Umbral Bind ability, which is detailed below.

Umbral Bind Maiev's next Basic Attack cleaves and applies a tether to enemy Heroes hit for 2.5 seconds. If a tethered Hero moves too far from Maiev, they are pulled toward her, dealing damage and breaking the tether.

This would be insanely strong against hyper-mobile Champions like Lee Sin, Ahri, Yasuo, etc. But it also features acceptable counterplay in that you can simply stay close to her and wait it out, or you could break the tether and then use your hyper-mobility. There's also the nuance that she has to hit you with that basic attack first, and Umbral Bind has a fairly long cooldown for an "on next AA" ability (said cooldown also doesn't cycle until you use that attack).

Could a variant of Umbral Bind be used on a future Champion? Maybe remove the cleaving effect, but keep in that tether.

Something similar exists for Illaoi's E, and frankly it isn't the most fun ability to play against. You either fight Illaoi and risk taking a huge amount of damage in the process, or you run away and get debuffed. The ability is super strong against people who cannot reasonably respond to it without losing the trade against Illaoi, and kind of useless against those that can (Singed, Darius, etc.). I'd rather see this ability on a support, which as a whole class tend live and die by their ability to zone or cc their opponents.

All I'm going to say is Kennen, Darius, Swain, Morgana, Nunu, Galio, Illaoi, Vlad. Any other champs you move away from or die we want to mention?

I did think of morde and also aatrox but figured I'd stick with those that don't need any help.

Wouldn't really be strong against Yasuo depending on the distance of the tether.

also wtf is hyper-mobility, and ahri isn't even that mobile to be considered "hyper-mobile"
