Please help a noob out

Hey guys! Now that season 7 is over I was hoping to improve. The thing is I have no one to take feedback from. Players online with whom I play with are either on my level or really unpleasant to talk to. None of real-life friends play league and even if they did I would be better than them since they are casual gamers I would be really happy if one of you guys can help me out.
