How Long Will It Take Till jayce Gets Buffs?

His whole design is made to be a harassing top laner that bullies champs like out of lane. Now 2018, people who build health/defense are able to kill Jayce in under 3 seconds. Jayce is so bad top now, that not even the pros will play him there anymore. PVB brought him into the top lane during Worlds, and as suspected he was completely useless. He cant do his job as a harassing lane bully, he doesnt have as strong of a mid game anymore, and if he doesnt get a kill before the enemy is lvl 6 then hes practically useless.

I have over 4k games on this champion, and my god he is so bad right now. I have tried every rune page, every build, every play style, and nothing works. Afk farming 10 cs/m doesnt work, harassing doesnt work, roaming doesnt work. This champ is so bogus. I was Diamond 1 with him last season, this season i lose in silver/gold/plat with him. For the first time ever im actually playing different champions because of how bad he is. Either rework him or buff him.
