To me the similar faces, facial expression and features are intentional. It's reading to me as "android" in the Nier series. While they have distinct differences but similar features.

I love the ancient Japanese painting type of look from the splash art/concept art. It makes the skins look peaceful, graceful and overall grand to me

I don't like that they effectively all look like the exact same champ...... but a couple of them are okay...... If they were all in the same game, these skins are probably one of the most broken "skin buffs" in the game, as it's extremely hard in game to track who is LB, who is Xayah, who is Fiora, who is Irelia, and who is Camille, until they are skilling.

Most of the time you can tell who is who with a cursory glance. These guys look like clones.

I already hate games with LB and Fiora, because when you need to make reactions in .5 seconds, their shape and some costumes are very similar. You impulsively try to CC LB and get parried by Fiora. Not fun.

Disagree completely. The colors of the skins are very similar but the champions have very distinct walks and model shapes. I don't think it'll be that big of an issue.

I love the skins they are so far my favorite out of all the team skins but I have two small problems the biggest is camille and fiora look too similar with the face and hair my next problem is rakan gets a skin but not xayah when Riot said they would only get skins together but its not that big of a deal it just makes me lose a bit of respect for Riot.

Riot has already stated that worlds skins are not regular skins, they are player chosen and do not count towards skins being received. Support chose Rakan, ADC chose kai'sa.

I know and that is why I lost some respect they should of put a rule saying if you pick one you have to pick the other since doing that would show they care about the champs.

There might be a day where Xayah get’s a skin that Rakan won’t share with her. And there are enough skins for the Xayah and Rakan duo that one unique skin (unique as in a skin line that Xayah isn’t in) for Rakan is not that big of a deal.

Add a black streak to Fiora's hair (so it's like the opposite of her base) and give Camille a new do, more classic Camille, otherwise the skins themselves are great. The animation on Fiora's W looks fantastic.

The Nier cover has a composition (just like older team splash arts)

Both SSG and Invictus splashes are just the characters standing next to each other like they're action figures. The composition is really bad. By themselves and for the loading screen, they actually look really good. As a whole team image it's really bad.

Well of course they are intentional. The artist intentionally chose to only use one face for all the characters because that she been deemed the generic most attractive face and what should represent the characters.

Now I don't know almost anything about the Nier series but afaik the skins are not supposed to be androids like what it sounds the Nier characters are. Theres no indication of that here. There is no explicit reason for them all to have almost an exact copy of a face for each of them other than the artist being either unable or unwilling to paint any other form of beauty and putting individuality as a lower priority than sex sells. The female designs are already sexualized (which is fine, I've come to accept that as a standard and it isn't damaging to the overall skin design), but the artist also sabotaged any remaining individuality in the skin line of already very similar outfitted champions by giving them near exact faces. This wouldn't be as big of an issue of faces weren't a huge representation and icon for most human characters.

To be it is disappointing that we limit creativity and potential due to unwillingness to recognize other forms of beauty or that beauty is not important for every character.
