Shyvana Passive

I think her new passive should give bonuses based on how many drakes her and her team have gotten, not based on what type. While the different things that the current changes could give her are really cool and would make her game play more interesting and varied, you don't take a champion because they MIGHT have an ability. You don't take Garen thinking, "Well, I MIGHT be able to spin this game, but I might not. Lets see." No, when you take Garen you KNOW that you're going to spin on top of some villain's ass and murder them in the name of justice. Same with this. I think that the different bonuses are awesome (10% true damage? Hell yes) but they need to be more reliable.

Still, thank you Riot for looking at Shyv and trying to do something about her. She's been in a bad spot since Devourer left, and its good to see you giving these kinds of changes that Shyv is getting to champions that are struggling. Keep up the good work.
