Please fucking revert Dark Harvest, I do not enjoy seeing a balanced champ become a prime target for being hit with the nerf hammer just because balance team decided to push this stupid and broken change through.

karthus is my favourite champ to play after shaco and is always my second most played in ranked and i agree that the new dark harvest is gonna punish him hard, which i really would hate to see

I feel like there's a difference between the "balance team" and whoever designs shit.
e.g. The "balance team" is not to blame for Irelia's kit being pure cancer; the person/people who designed her are. Her kit is nearly impossible to make fair at all levels of play
Did you honestly think KARTHUS was going to get nerfed before DARK HARVEST got nerfed? Like c'mon bruh they never nerf Karthus that champ is trash and is in need of something new in his kit.
I main burst mages and I feel disgusted with how easy games have become because of it.. I just want it flat out removed, the rune can't be balanced.
The AP scaling for it is pretty terrible I had a 34 stack game with Teemo and only did just shy of 3500 damage with it. At most what you should be able to get with his ult is 1 extra stack because there is going to be delays between actions taking place so you wouldn't get a third proc from the liandrys burn off in time. If it is giving you more than that then it is a bug.
Karthus will get nerfed even if Dark Harvest is nerfed. Stat shards make him OP, not dark harvest.
That's how they will do it, as they've always been doing it.

Dark Harvest has been crowding out other rune choices due to the power you get from it. To counteract this we're bringing all other runes up to par.

How does the new DH compare to Predator in terms of Karthus' ult? Predator's damage bonus doesn't require targets to be below 50% health, and it applies to all targets hit.
