Fucking hell did the same and you insta-gutted her and she actually had to hit a skillshot, no let's give the same to ranged champions with a fucking 100% crit item so they can just hit one aa and also a fucking so they can even out-range a ranged poke mage with their burst damage on AA. The first 2 pictures are from an URF game and the last one is from an ARAM game. Not the best game modes for dictating balance.

And the way Zoe did it was entirely different, with massively more range than Draven, less required build, and with a much more potent form of CC that increased her damage.

Also, as pointed out by Akali is SO HOT, these screen caps are from ARURF and ARAM games. Nothing is going to look balanced if you use that as your standard.

And mages are supposed to be burst, but hey, we have things like Cass, Azir, Ryze, and Karthus.

There’s exceptions to general class rules. It’s what allowed them to make interesting and unique champions, rather than just slightly re-skinned versions

don't forget , item 3095 crits do slightly more damage based on your crit rate, probably so people don't feel bad about having a crit item with it, oh no wasted stats and passives are too much for damage dealers to handle..

looks at item 3143 and item 3075 unique passive btw

it starts off at 160% increased damage instead of 200% so its not a real crit until you get 60% crit chance then it reaches 200% its not there to make it so people with a crit item have the item wasted its to encourage people to build a crit item and ie with it

Riot wanted to discourage item 3143 and item 3075 being built together unlike item 3095 and other crit rate items...like you said they encouraged that.
