Meanwhile Im the only bronzie fresh off the exp grind with t2 runes and getting my ass handed to me, while being flamed by my own higher elo premade allies because its my fault Im thrown into what is comparable to a platinum elo ranked match.

You wouldn't have this problem if you got good at the game.
The enemy team probably had someone comparable to you.
Typing "/mute all" will mute all players in the game.

This is something I see more consistently then I'd like. A few days ago, I was laning against a level 27. And I'm plat 2.

The system is set up to determine if someone is a smurf, and then inflate their mmr to compensate. Effectively, if you have an incredibly high win rate, it places you considerably higher. When I first leveled a smurf, my norms mmr at lvl 30 was high diamond/low masters.

Now, the problem is when people are better then average. Old vets, transfers from DotA, ect. They know enough mechanics to be good, but not be on the same level as gold/plat.

Dude I keep fighting plats and diamonds. I know how your feel. All I did was play co-op and aram till 30 and somehow my normal draft mmr is through the roof
