Tips for yorick

I have started playing Yorick top since the patch 9.2. I have a pretty 70 percent win rate right now with him for ranked top. Does anyone have any tips for his builds and rune setups depending on the matchup? I usually go conquerer against tanks and grasp on any other matchups.
