is it me or is sylas garbage in lane against respectivley 50% wr > champs?

bruh.
All you do with Sylas now after the nerfs is to farm safely and then l33twtfbbqpwn your lane opponent when you get a few items. He scales so hard if you take the right runes and items.
I think Sylas is awesome this time around. He's like leblanc. He has bad wave clearing, but has high outplay potential.
even his laning phase might be even harder, he really is far more enjoyable mid and lategame. in my opinion (and i played him till mastery 6 now)
he has become really boring to play. his dmg on e and q is unreliable. they had to overbuff his stats just soo that he can be viable. honestly fizz, qiyana do what he does now better
