Alright, so I just got done playing ranked today. I was in promos but lost 2/3, the last one being stupid considering my team trolled. I continued to lose 20- 25 lp in the next 3 games. Last game making me 33 lp. The master yi was afk for tinder". Why am i being punished because of my teammate? I know if the tables were reversed i would not complain, but it seems like they never are reversed.

Take a break, when u lose you start to feel bad. While you cant control the afk's, everyone gets em, and we all deal with them. So just take some time off and play other game modes for fun instead of grinding for lp.
