Losing ranked too much too often

So in the span of a week, I have dropped from s1 to s3. I of course like anyone else playing the gameplay passively and scale. I play every role depending on my mood. I used to play bot lane and hard carry sometimes, sometimes not win. Lately, I have begun to lose more often than win. The result of this is caused by my teammates and is getting on my nerves. I need tips in advancing I can mechanically play champs well I have no problem in the lane, but everyone else seems to though. I try to pick good champions to hard carry
