How do you feel about how zed is atm?

I love zed to death, but he has so much counter play compared to an assassin like fizz, talon, etc. I almost always win my lane and dominate, roam etc. But the issue is people buy a hourglass or qss and im completely useless. But yet, I can play fizz and a hourglass is a joke if they buy one? How come it's that high skill capped champions have so much counter play but I can play someone like talon or fizz and never have to worry about something like that. What are you're thoughts on him right now? I might just give up on him and continue with talon and fizz because I don't have to worry about me getting countered lategame.

Zed is a one-shot assassin. He can kill almost anything with a properly executed ult, but does nothing until it's back up, and since the nuke damage is delayed you have time to find a way to avoid it. Yes you may hate the fact that you need to buy item 3157 to counter his ult, but you need to realize just how hard that hourglass fucks him over.

Yesterday I was playing Zed and the enemy team had a Kayle ADC.

I swear to god I have never been so frustrated in my life.

I think you have to keep in mind that talon can't back out once he gets in Fizz well... He's fizz lol

Zed I think has healthy amount of counterplay and as well as obvious strengths True that zhonyas counters him but he's very good at split pushing... Making the enemy team feel pressured but also he's very good at dueling and escaping a bad situation I'm sure if you watch some good zed players you'll learn how they work around zhonyas and cleanse

Every time I hear Zeds complaining about QSS I laugh. Oh noes, you can't kill the ADC twice over with no chance for them to do anything about it. Oh woe is you.

I think he's a lot better after that bullshit period where he could blatantly dive towers whenever his ult was up. I still cant shake my grudge because of last season, but just the fact that he's not used every fucking game now is nice.

Talon has no way of escaping once he goes in, so there is 0 room to mess up your combo. And even then, there are a lot of tools item 3157 item 3072 item 3040 summoner 21 to survive full Talon's combo, and once you do, you fuck him up.
