The reason I think Zed is unfair (SPOILER:His farm ability)

Hello, with the rumors of a new item that will help ad assassins, I have a bit of concern with Zed, that I don't find balanced even now. I'm not good with walls of text so I'll try to be brief. I think that Zed is one of the best designed champs, because he does his job really well: assassinate people and escape. That's perfectly fine and I'm ok with it, the player also needs high skill to perform the flashy plays that lcs loves, so I think that AS AN ASSASSIN, Zed is perfectly fine and balanced.

The thing that I hate is that he has 2 other great advantages: -He is manaless -He farms easily without risks The combination of the 3 things: assassination (high damage and mobility), no mana cost, and easy farm is what makes him unfair. An assassin should be risky by nature, especially in lane: like f.e. Kassa, Akali and Talon are (the last 2 also gated by mana costs). Even Leblanc can't push the lane when she wants without sacrificing her single dash. Zed can instead farm easily and forever just by spamming shurikens and shadows (and don't forget the passive for last-hits), this while also having an accessible escape mechanism, a great 1v1 and awesome all-in. I think that he shouldn't be gated by mana, and he doesn't need hits on his damage or mobility, but he needs a little nerf on his farm ability, maybe reducing the Q damage on minions, or making his passive working only on champions.

So TL:DR Get rid of zed insane ability to farm freely, he doesn't need it, make him more risky, he already does many thing more than well.
