Some QoL nerfs to balance LeBlanc
I called them Qol nerfs because those changes I propose are thought to make life easier for her enemies, that maybe can play around her (winning or losing) without saying Wtf every minute.
- W: There is now a 0.75 (1?) second cooldown before distortion can be reactivated.
Context: giving her the Zed treatment, so if she goes in with W, opponents have time to react and punish her if she did a poor engage. I would also propose to make this change only on W, and mantain the instarecast on her RW, being it an ultimate. This change will surely hit her laning, but I think it's already strong enough for an assassin.
- E: Reduced the hitbox to actually match the animation. Reduced tether range. Buff damage and/or snare duration.
Context: right now Ethereal chains is almost undodgeable, with his huge (invisible) hitbox and really long tether range. This change is aimed at "Separing the good players leBlancs from the bad ones". The buffs on damage or root duration are here to increase the reward for a harder-to-land spell.
Thoughts?
