Hurriance getting buffed

It's getting 10 on-hit damage. TBH, I don't see this as helping much. A nice start, but not a big help.

The change helps ADCs. However ADCs are really picky about what they buy and only the ones that got it before are interested in it now. ADCs mainly want base damage, crit, and armor pen.
AP champs aren't going to care about physical damage nor will they have any armor pen making this change mean less to them.
Hurricane is mostly for on-hit builds, a rioter told me so. While it is good it gets an on-hit effect 10 damage (or less) really isn't going to do much of anything by itself.

If this damage was true damage at least I'd be more thrilled with it. If it scaled with levels, I'd be more thrilled with it. If I had a version for ranged AP champs, I'd be more thrilled with it.

The buff is nice, but I don't think it's going to fix the item overall.

It already had 10 damage on the bolts. This is effectively just adding 10 on-hit damage to the user's autoattacks + making the build path less painful. There are some AP champions that can work with a Runaan's (Teemo and AP Kog'Maw, off the top of my head). The 10 on-hit damage to the main target is a very mild, but appreciable, buff. Their opponents tend to build MR, not armor. The change was primarily made to make Recurve Bow more versatile and to provide a stepping-stone for the items it's being put in. I do agree that Runaan's could use some work, but I don't believe that was Riot's main intention.

I misread it. It's just a flat +10 to the main target.

Hurricane is not being changed in the slightest. It's always had that extra 10 damage, now it's just accessible before having the entire item built. The ONLY thing being changed here is Recurve Bow. None of the items it builds into (including BotRK and the Devourer enchantment) have been altered in any way.

Edit: Wait, hang on. The new wording for Hurricane is confusing. I can't tell for certain if the bolts do the 10 damage or not. Let me check it on PBE later.
