this doesn't work. this 40% reduction doesn't do anything. mundo is too strong. hes unkillable. and you can't ignore him when he destroyes your towers even though 4 people are attacking him. hes just unstoppable. something needs to be done.
i mean his health regen from passive. masteries and items and ultimate is just too much. he heals faster than you do damage. unless 5 of us attack him but you'd die because you know. its not 5v1 its 5v5.

EcchiOtakuTM1 votesThey're tuning down his early game but asking the adc to buy executioner as soon as lane phase is over does help alot to shut down a mundo.
Because while the playerbase may say it's worth buying most dont buy it when the lane phase is over and instead buy it when the game is almost done and mundo already has full build.
